Your plaque will be made exactly as entered in the personalisation box, so please double-check spelling carefully.
Unless otherwise requested, names will be written with one uppercase letter at the start followed by lowercase.

Orders are processed within 12 hours. If you spot a mistake, please let us know right away.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot replace items damaged by sharp objects when opening – please open carefully.
